You have the right to return the products you bought within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt and request their replacement or refund!

CAUTION! The products and their packaging must be in excellent condition (not used) and must be accompanied by all accompanying documents (Receipt, labels, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted and will be refunded at your own expense.

All changes are made to the purchase price of the product.

CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

We take 100% responsibility for all the products we have sent. If your product has a defect in materials or construction, call the Customer Service Center at +30 22441 14034 and we will suggest a solution.

COST OF RETURNS

The return cost for change is Free and the replacement cost (new product shipping) is € 5.00 and you pay upon receipt of the new parcel.

ATTENTION in order for the above to be valid, the return must be made exclusively with ACS Courier. In any case, all costs must be covered by the customer.
